Draft - Fruity with some acidity and lemon. Clear gold with a decent white head. Salty and fruity with some nice citrus. Nice with some good fruity notes.

Draught at the brewery
Pale blond color. The aroma is too mild, the mouthfeel is lean and dry, the flavor has a lot of straws, and the final is quite herbaceous.
Not too bad.

On tap at Gruff, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out Belgian yeast, some coriander and light clove. Flavour is very spicy, with ample coriander dominating, followed by a sort of Belgian yeast quality. Meh.

On tap at Gruff, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out tons of sage, which totally dominates. Flavour follows on that line, with no notice of the blackberries. A sage bomb. Decently done.

On tap at Gruff, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma is bland, with some herbal and skinny notes, and grass. Flavour is bland, with some creamsicle, grass and straw characterizing this. Weak palate, even for the style. Lame.

On tap at Gruff, pours a dark red with a small beige head. Aroma brings out toasted malt upfront, with light piney hops. Flavour is quite malty and dry, with toasted malt and bready notes, with a touch of cereal sweetness. Not very exciting. It's okay.

On tap at Gruff, pours an opaque murky orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of diacetyl, not much else to speak of. Flavour is infected big time, with tons of diacetyl. What a nasty butter bomb. How can you sell this shit? Fuck off.

6.3/10 Appearance 6 Aroma 6 Flavor 7 Texture 6 Overall 6
On tap at Gruff, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma is quite restrained even for the style, with grassy notes and light toasted biscuity malt. Flavour is a litre more assertive, with ample grassy hops and a crisp crackery malt base. Crisp and thirst-quenching. Nicely constructed but simple and underwhelming.

On tap at Gruff, pours a hazy dark amber with a large beige head. Aroma brings out lots of phenols, followed by Belgian yeast, and a little balsamic. Flavour is big, with Belgian yeast, alcohol, tart red fruits and a touch of candied sugar. Not really any sourness here. Rather boozy and messy, but still pleasant.

On tap at Gruff, pours a deep dark brown with a reddish tinge and a large cascading tan head. Aroma brings out the peanut butter upfront, with subdued oats and roast. Flavour is smooth and dry, with lots of dry peanuts and oats. A little more muted than the regular Nitro Stout surprisingly, with less depth. Decent.
