Draft pour pint at Stones Throw, Bellingham. A tangy, soft hazy orange pour. Thin and an active fizz head. Some sweet grain, and a touch of juiciness to pair. A juicy citrus fruit, but not really thick at all. Slight bitter bite in the finish. Good IPA here.

Draft pour at WA Brewers Festival. First try from these guys, finally. Moderate cloudy golden pour. Sweet malt aroma, bitter constant to follow. Bitter front, earthy malt favored flavor here. Long lasting finish. Alright IPA for me

Draft 10 oz pour at Stones Throw. A pale, semi-cloudy golden yellow pour with a thin fizz head. Soft, slightly sweet grains aroma. Very flavorful brew for the style, though the aroma is also very true to it as well. Straw, some slight lingering plastic notes. A little weird for me, a lot like the others I’ve tried from these guys, but this wasn’t bad.

Draft 10 oz pour during my first visit to Stones Throw, Bellingham. A brownish orange pour with a thin, lasting head. A very nutty pale here. First impression was how weird it was. Very grainy. Not balanced to my liking. Odd grassy hops, underneath the same nutty constant. What is going on here?

On tap at the brewery Clear liight golden small quick white head. Standard pale lager with decent hop flavors. Gotta have one of these on.

On tap at the brewery murky light brown with a small off white head. Lots of saison yeasty flavors. Some toasted malt a little on the dark side for the style. A little more IBU bite at the end as well

On tap at Stones Throw, pours a hazy copper golden with a small white head. Aroma and flavour brings out English malts, a herbal hop quality and boiled vegetables. Not true to style nor intriguing. Not doing it for me.

On tap at Stones Throw, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out toasted malt and dry cocoa. Flavour is dry, with toasted malt and some very faint bitter dry cocoa. Lacking in character and rather muted in an earthy way. Drinkable but frustratingly tame and muted.
