Bottle thanks to Berko and Ferris. Pours a very dark brown with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is bourbon and toasted malt. Medium mouth, roasted malt, dark chocolate, nuts, nice bourbon, sweet, very good.

22 oz. bottle, pours a deep chestnut brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out light whiskey barrels, toasted nuts, and bready notes. Flavour is very well-balanced, with roasted chestnuts, bready notes and subtle whisky barrels accentuating everything. Alcohol burn on the finish that isn't detracting. Very solid stuff.

On tap at Bainbridge Island, pours black with a small beige head. Aroma brings out light cocoa, some toasted malt and a little residual sweetness. Flavour is robust, with licorice, cocoa and some roast. Fairy full-bodied, with light residual sweetness. Solid stout.

On tap at Bainbridge Island, pours a clear golden amber with a small white head. Aroma brings out nutmeg upfront, followed by cinnamon and light ginger. Flavour is fairly spicy, with nutmeg and cinnamon, followed by light bready malt. Well-designed spiced beer, but it's nothing overly intriguing.
