Near black. Fruity and yeast filled flavor. Light spice. Not much from the dark malts and if I hadn’t seen it I’d never have guessed this was a black saison. Bright. Nice.

Draft - Nitro - Dark roast and some coffee notes. Jet black with a rich beige head. Dark roasty coffee notes with some nice with nice milky sweetness. More of a coffee beer than a milk, but nice so who cares.

Draft - Nitro - Dark sweet chocolate syrup and some acetone. Jet black with a creamy beige head. Light Apple, acetone and chocolate syrup with a touch of vanilla.

Draft - Soured lemon and lime with a touch of acetone. Clear gold with a small white head. Nice white grape and skin with a mellow finish. Acetone is still there but works with the sour profile.
