Draft half pint, enjoyed at Hop and Hound. Looking at the picture of this beer on this site, I was thinking the green object looked like a green pepper of some sort. Maybe they need to add it to this beer sometime! It's the missing ingredient, I promise. Pours a crystal clear golden color, a frothy fizz head. Some straw aroma, with little else coming through. It's light. A bit of a vegetable, grassy flavor here. Rich malts, and grassy hops. Light in flavor, but a bit creamy. Not a great blonde, but also not a plain one, so I'm a little caught between here. Late reminder of a nutty grain. Not bad overall.

Thanks Tom.
This was poured into a mug.
The appearance was a black to brown color with a thin finger’s worth of rocky foamy head. Dissipates slow and leaves some messy lace.
The aroma had some sweet cocoa powder up front with some raspberry sweetness underneath.
The flavor copies the aroma pretty much spot on; sweet to raspberry tartness. Crisp semi-sweet cocoa to raspberry aftertaste and finishes dry, tart and sweet.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fair sessionability about it. Felt nice all around. Tart harshness is there but not invasive, just seems to assist in balancing some of the sweetness.
Overall, nicely done stout with some extra creativity that I did enjoy.

Thanks Tom.
This was poured into an English pint glass.
The appearance was a ruddy burnt orange almost amber color with a thin creamy colored head. Sly messy lace.
The aroma takes on some toast, roasty nuts, and an ample amount of caramel to toffee malts. Subtle biscuits.
The flavor leans to the malty side embracing some clean driven grassy to earthy hops, somewhat bitter. Crisp semi-sweet to bitter aftertaste and finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a great sessionability about it. ABV felt appropriate.
Overall, very nicely done ESB well worthy of having again preferably with some fish n’chips.

On tap at the brewery. clear light amber. Light to moderate woody toasted malt flavros. A littel bitter bite at the end. Like a thin dry amber.

On tap at the brewery. Slighly hazy deep orange amber. Big fresh up front citrusy hop aromas. More of a woody astringent hop bitterness bite.
