Ljusgul, lätt gyllene, vätska med småbubbligt vitt skumlock. Aromer av ljus deg, jäst och kryddor. Markant kladdig maltighet och med en överbalanserad höig beska, inte så neutral som tyska förlagor. Fruktig och pepprig med nertonad eldighet och avsaknad av munfyllnad.

Uklar gul orange med lite hvitt skum rundt kanten. Aroma hvetemalt banan koriander. Smak hvetemalt koriander banan sitrus gjær. Fin fylde, frisk, mye moden banan i ettersmak. Boks delt med Synny

Uklar gul/orange med hvit boblete topp som forsvinner raskt og legger seg tynt rundt kanten. Aroma; malt, eple, urter, overmoden banan, brøddeig, humle. Smak; banan, humle, aprikos, eplemos, gjærdeig, malt. Balansert fruktig smak. Halv tørr avslutning. Litt mye kullsyre.

(Bottle, 0.375l - BB 20250907, from CoolHead Taproom, 20240823) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, malts, sourness tartness and mildly sweetness. Palate was medium bodied and dry with medium carbonation. Flavours were tartness, fruitiness, malts, sourness, earth and bitterness. Aftertaste was tart and bitter. A pleasant and balanced tart brew.

Sample (thanks omhper!). Hazy orange colour, small white head. Aroma is peach, tropical fruit juice and nectary tones. Flavour is peachy, some tropical fruits and quite nectary juicy tones. Not that beery.

Sample (thanks omhper!). Slightly hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is citrus, some mild spiciness and mild funk with tart apples. Flavour is citrus, some tart apples, mild spiciness and some slight wooden tones with a nice herbal touch to it as well. Interesting brew.
