Draught @ Black Door, Helsinki. Pours deep reddish with a small head. Aroma of sweet and tartish raspberries, sticky sweetness and syrup. Taste is sticky, slightly sourish and tart with loads of raspberries, some juiciness and hints of lactic sourness and syrup. Finish is sweet, sticky and stuffy with some hints of tartness and loads of raspberry juice and syrip. Almost like a soda.

Aroma is sweet, semi artificial fruity notes of grapes, pears and wine gums, as well as some wood, minerals and very light farmyard notes. Medium body, with average carbonation. Flavour is tart musty fruit peel and wood, as well as some herbal and light funky notes. Dry, earthy finish.
