From tap. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is sour, grainy and herbal. Vegetables. Citric. Tart. Mild grainy. Light citrusy. Dry and mild citric into the finish. Light fruity far finish.

Bottle. Pours clear golden, with a big creamy, quickly receding head. Aroma is sweet, semi artificial fruity notes of grapes, pears and wine gums, as well as some wood, minerals and very light farmyard notes. Medium body, with average carbonation. Flavour is tart musty fruit peel and wood, as well as some herbal and light funky notes. Dry, earthy finish.

Draught @ Mikkeller Bar, Aarhus. Pours hazy dark pinkish red, no head just a small ring of white foam. Aroma of wheat, yeast, sourness, tart berries. Flavor is light sour, wheat, yeasty, sweet and tart berries. Thin to medium body, lively carbonation, light acidic finish. 310316
