Keg at BrewDog Södermalm, Stockholm. Hazy bright red. Baking powder and tart cherries up front. Dry with light body and clean, crisp mouthfeel. Baking powder and melting plastic, some tart cherries and play-do. Mild grape stone bitterness. Off flavours dominate - and I’m certainly not in the target group for what they try to achieve anyway.

(Keg at BrewDog Söder, 20160323) The beer poured red and hazy. Its head was medium sized and pink. Aroma had cherries and sour milk. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were sourness, cherries, sour milk, sweetness and low bitterness. Aftertaste had cherries and tartness. Not really a nice brew. Too sweet.

Bottled at Katarina Ölkafe, Stockholm. Hazy pale golden, minimal head. Lemony tart nose with some tropical fruits. Light bodied with clean mouthfeel and light body. Citric acid, notes of tropical fruit and sour milk. Somewhat metallic finish. Not very gose-like. Quite shallow.

(Keg at Black Door, 20160319) The beer poured golden and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, tartness and grapefruit. Palate was rather light bodied and dry with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, tartness, sourness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was tart and bitter. A nice tart brew but too sweet.

Draught @ Brewdog Helsinki. Pours cloudy yellowish with a small head. Aroma of spices, yeast, fruits and earthy notes. Taste is fruity, spicy and yeasty with hints of farmyardy notes and earthiness. Finish is sweetish, spicy and fruity with some farmyardy notes, lemon, fruits and yeast. Okay.

Draught @ Black Door, Helsinki. Pours cloudy orange with a thick white head. Aroma of sourish fruits, lactic notes, hints of tartness. Taste is smooth, juicy fruity and floral with hints of tartness, lactic sourness and spices. Finish is smooth, juicy and slightly tart with hints of lactic notes. Quite smooth and juicy berliner weisse.
