Draught at Stockholm Brewing Co. Light hazy golden liquid with medium white head. Aroma of citrus, red berries, ripe mango, tangerine, bread, sweet fruit, pineapple and jenka. Taste is very light sweet and medium bitter with notes of mango, citrus, red berries, light grain and tangerine. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Nice!

Bottle at Stockholm Brewing Co. Almost clear golden liquid with medium off-white head. Aroma of white pepper, red berries, light hay, light grain, pineapple, apple skin and mineral. Taste is dry and light bitter, quite tart, with notes of pineapple, red apples, red berries, white pepper and light grain. Medium bodied with medium to high carbonation. Actually way better than I expected in such a mess of a style. Great stuff. Crushable and pretty high boost. The apple and mineral notes makes this reminiscent of Belgian Gueuze.

Bottle. Opaque black liquid with small light tan head. Aroma of coffee, green bell pepper, espresso, light licorice, cold brew, light grain, light sweet cherries and toast. Taste is light sweet and light bitter with notes of coffee, espresso, toast and light sweet fruit. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Nice, lots of coffee.

Bottle. Light hazy hay yellow liquid with medium off-white head. Aroma of citrus, jenka, mango, tangerine, light perfume and grain. Taste is dry and light to medium bitter with notes of jenka, tangerine, light mango and grain. Light to medium bodied with medium carbonation. Highly drinkable. Belgian yeast character is actually quite balanced. Reminds me of De la Senne and De Ranke stuff. Pretty good.

(Draught at BrewDog Kungsholmen, Stockholm, 21 Oct 2015) Dark brown colour with foamy, beige head. Malty, roasted, hoppy nose with coffee, black rye bread, resin and grapefruit. Malty, roasted taste with notes of coffee, pine needles, dark chocolate, resin and a generous piney bitterness in a dry finish. Medium body, quite dry. Tasty and well made, highly drinkable. Nice one.

Draught @ Ölrepubliken. Pours hazy golden with a frothy white head that leaves lots of thick sticky lacing on the glass while dissipating. Smell is slightly malty and tiny fruity with caramel, toffee, grapefruit juice, mango, moist grass, pine needles, resin and lemon zest. Taste is slightly sweet, bitter, tiny malty, tiny fruity and herbal. Mouthfeel is round, slightly astringent and medium bodied. Finish is slightly sweet and bitter with crackers, caramel, grapefruit juice, mango, moist grass, pine needles, lemon spiked black tea, moist soil and lemon zest. Solid but not very bright... Bouteille 37.5cl, BB 2025-05-04, merci Pierre T. Léger orangé, cuivré, col fin peu pétillant. Arôme au bouquet boisé, tirant vers un léger Madère, sucre brun pointe de brett, barrique et un malté grillé-cara Palais est plaisant avec encore cette impression plaisante de Madère, le tout est finemetn aigrelet-brett mais contrebalancé par un malté efficace qui apporte une touche de caramel, presque biscuité. Petit fruité aigrelet. L’avantage étant que le brett n’est pas trop dominant, évitant ainsi de tomber dans le surfait très américain.

Flaska från SB. En frisk och syrlig men, lätt tefe som också har en hel del sötma. Grön banan, bubbelgum, jäst, lite nejlika, torkade päron. En lätt frisk hefe som är välgjord och trevlig.
