Draught @ Ölrepubliken. Pours hazy golden with a frothy white head that leaves lots of thick sticky lacing on the glass while dissipating. Smell is slightly malty and tiny fruity with caramel, toffee, grapefruit juice, mango, moist grass, pine needles, resin and lemon zest. Taste is slightly sweet, bitter, tiny malty, tiny fruity and herbal. Mouthfeel is round, slightly astringent and medium bodied. Finish is slightly sweet and bitter with crackers, caramel, grapefruit juice, mango, moist grass, pine needles, lemon spiked black tea, moist soil and lemon zest. Solid but not very bright... Bouteille 37.5cl, BB 2025-05-04, merci Pierre T. Léger orangé, cuivré, col fin peu pétillant. Arôme au bouquet boisé, tirant vers un léger Madère, sucre brun pointe de brett, barrique et un malté grillé-cara Palais est plaisant avec encore cette impression plaisante de Madère, le tout est finemetn aigrelet-brett mais contrebalancé par un malté efficace qui apporte une touche de caramel, presque biscuité. Petit fruité aigrelet. L’avantage étant que le brett n’est pas trop dominant, évitant ainsi de tomber dans le surfait très américain.

Flaska från SB. En frisk och syrlig men, lätt tefe som också har en hel del sötma. Grön banan, bubbelgum, jäst, lite nejlika, torkade päron. En lätt frisk hefe som är välgjord och trevlig.

Flaska från SB. Lokala sortimentet. En frisk fanska torr tropiskt fruktig och beska apa. Passionsfrukt och citrus dominerar smakbilden ihop med en ganska krafitg resinbeska. En lite murrig mögelsmak i bakgrund stör aningen annars riktigt trevlig.

Bottled at Akkurat, Stockholm. Ruby/black, rich firm head. Tobacco and licorice up front. Mid sweet with full body and well rounded mouthfeel. Salmiak, leather and tobacco. Mildly resiny finish with some pepper. Rich, yet harmonious.

Flaska från SBs lokala sortiment. Fin frisk fruktig doft med en cocktail av tropisk frukt och färska granskott. Smaken som doften med en grön gräsig beska. En snygg ganska torr, ren modern IPA som jag gillade. Gott.

Flaska från SBs lokala sortiment. Gyllengul, lätt disig högt vitt skum. Doft av säd, jäst men inte riktigt den typiska saisonvarianten, hö, örter, lite citrus. Lätt, men också lite oljig, lätt syrlig, påtaglig beska för stilen. Smakbilden drar lite åt nordtysk pilsner. Saknar lite friskhet. En modern tolkning av stilen som jag inte riktigt tycker når ändå fram.
