Draught. Almost clear deep brown liquid with small light tan head. Aroma of citrus, grapefruit, tangerine, coffee, light bread and mango. Taste is dry and medium bitter with notes of coffee, light mango, bread and citrus. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Pretty good. Drinkable.

Draught @ Brewdog Helsinki. Pours dark brown with a smooth head. Aroma of roasty malts, grassy hops, hints of coffee, chocolate, cocoa and fruits. Taste is crisp, hoppy and bitter with some hints of roastiness. Finish is crisp and mildly hoppy with hints of roastiness. A bit thin bodied but quaffable.

Tap@ Brewdog Helsinki. Pours near black with a thin white head. Aroma has roasted malt, coffee, woody notes. Citrusy, some roastedness, grapefruit. Nice fruity session IPA.

330 ml bottle. Almost clear pale golden body with a medium sized white head. Mild aroma dominated by spices, yeast and banana. Flavor is quite distinct spicy, mild malt and slightly harsh bitterness, feels a bit like the bitterness from old flower water (not tasted that, just imagining it!). Medium body and moderate aftertaste in the same style. Not to successfully this one.

Draught@SBWF2015. Hazy yellow colour with a small white head. Aroma is sweet wood, mild smoked notes along with some floral and herbal notes. Flavour is salty, wooden, some mild herbs, toasted notes as well as some earthiness too.

Bottle from systembolaget. Pours Pinkish Amber without a head. Aroma of apples. Sweet smooth brew with grapes, apples and a hint of brett.

Sample at SBWF. Cloudy golden with very small head. Citric aroma with bread, malt and grass. Lightly tart with clean, crisp lemon, yoghurt and apples. Can’t taste chanterelles really, but there is something in the feeling I can’t place. Is it them?
