Bottle at 2015 Sweet & Sour.Cloudy yellow color, small white head. Brett, funky scent. Brett, fresh, fruity taste. Weak to the thin side mouthfeel, very low bitterness.

Draught at BrewDog Södermalm. Hazy pinkish red liquid with small to medium white head. Aroma of raspberries, grain, lemon, light bread and apple. Taste is dry and light to medium sour with notes of raspberries, lemon, apple skin and grain. Light bodied with medium to high carbonation. Really good. Drinkable.

Draught at BrewDog Södermalm, straight from the tank. Clear golden liquid with medium to big off-white head. Aroma of citrus, tangerine, grain, light bread and weed. Taste is dry and medium to high carbonation with notes of citrus, tangerine, grain, light bread and weed. Light to medium bodied with medium to high carbonation. Super drinkable. Really nice this fresh! Stockholm Brewing is really getting their shit together.

Bottle. Clear golden liquid with small white head. Aroma of lemon, bread, light cheese, apple skin and lemon. Taste is dry and light sour with notes of lemon, apple and grain. Light to medium bodied with medium to high carbonation. Pretty nice but could be more sour.

Bottle courtesy of tkrjukoff. Pours very hazy reddish burnt orange with a small offwhite head that doesn’t leave much trace in the glass while dissipating. Smell is malty and tiny fruity with dark bread, cere, lemon juice, dark grapes, hay, dry soil, moist wood, barnyard and lemon zest. Taste is sweet, sour, malty and tiny fruity. Mouthfeel is soft, round, tiny dry and medium bodied. Finish is sweet and sour with dark bread, caramel, cereal, lemon juice, grapes, moist hay and lemon zest. Bottle courtesy of tkrjukoff. Pours very hazy burnt yellow with a small frothy white head that leaves some small trace in the glass while dissipating. Smell is funky with crackers, cereal, lemon juice, hay, dry soil, barnyard, grape skins and lemon peal. Taste is tiny sour and funky. Mouthfeel is dry, tiny tart and medium bodied. Finish is tiny sour with crackers, cereal, lemon juice, mushrooms, hay, dry soil, barnyard, wort, grape skins and lemon zest. Cool but a bit unrefined... Bottle. Hazy golden liquid with medium white head. Aroma of citrus, fresh hops, tangerine, light mango, light grain and light bread. Taste is dry and light to medium bitter with notes of citrus peel, bread, light grain, mango and light metal. Light to medium bodied with medium carbonation. Really nice session IPA. Nice hop aroma. Only problem is a bit metallic bitterness.

Bottle. Almost clear golden liquid with medium to big white head. Aroma of earth, grain, white pepper, spices, red berries and light perfume. Taste is dry and light sour with a light tartness and notes of grain, light lemon, mineral and white pepper. Light to medium bodied with medium to high carbonation. A nice and true to style saison. Pretty drinkable.
