Keg at the Beavertown Extravaganza, day juan, 08/09/17. Cherry red with a decent crimson cap. Nose is tangy berries, cherry skins, spice, damp straw. Taste comprises tangy red berry, grains, light spice, funk, damp wood, tarte cherries, light cherry cough sweet, damp hay bale. Light to medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi dyrying close with a light acidic rip and mellow pucker. Decent refreshing Linner.

Bottle 33 cl. Simply called "Stockholm Hallon Sour" - no mention of Södermalm. Pours a beautiful pink, almost entirely clear with a white head. Very distinct and fresh raspberry aroma combined with lactic tartness. Light-bodied, again nice and solid raspberry notes, perhaps with a slight sulphur touch. But all in all a refreshing and well executed raspberry Berliner. 120917

Bottle from Systembolaget, as Hallon Sour with 4,1% ABV. Pours clear salmon pink with almost no head. Aroma is zesty raspberry, fruit salad. Body is light and refreshing, with a soft sourness and tartness and a present lively carbonation. Softly sweet but mostly fruity. Palate is short, carbonation and still softly fruity. Good.

Bottle from system as a gift. The thing that strikes me most about this beer is how spot on the raspberry flavouring is. The smell is just 100% freshly picked raspberries. One can smell the seeds therein. The drink is a lovely off red, the taste is fabulous and the level of sour just right. A delicious brew.
