02.04.2015, tap @ Akkurat Bar & Restaurant:
No head. Aroma is kind of strange sour-ish, stomach acid, minerals, citrus acid, salt, sorrel, hay, grain. Taste is sour-ish dry, citrus acid, soda powder, sorrel, salt, grass, citrus peel, unripe berries. Medium bitterness, slightly dry mouthfeel. Fair enough.

Bottle from Wholefoods. This version is at 1.9%. It pours hazy orange with a small white head. The aroma is earthy, lactic, tangy, barnyard, biscuit, cheesecake and some graininess. The taste is crisp, citric, tart lemon, lime, touch of acidity, natural yoghurt, creamy, mouth - pucker, earthy and bread with a firm, dry finish. Light body and moderate, prickly carbonation. Good low alcohol sour.

Unclear golden color with a fine white head. Ok intensity in the aroma. Decent body for a beer with only 1,9% (this bottle are labeled 1,9%) and an average carbonation level. Ok balance between sweetness and acidity. Semi dry texture. Citric, biscuit, wheat, yeast and lactic in the flavor.

BOTTLE 33 CL. from wickedestman - Thanks! Cloudy golden, fast-diminishing head. Aroma: bready/doughy notes followed by nutty marzipan and lactic and citric acidity. Taste: bright sharp lactic - mostly clean, just a hint of bread/yeast and a touch of marțipan. Of course, the acid masks the thin body perfectly. A good one.

Draft @ The Bishops Arms, Stockholm. Pours hazy yellow, light citric sour aroma. Taste is basically a straightforward table sour, a nice palette-cleanser with mild lemon citrus, a bit sticky though.
