Hazy amber color, small off-white head. Fruity lambic tartness in the nose. Gooseberry, grass, apple, white wine. Medium-bodied. Very champagne-like flavor, wineous with green apple and white grapes. Also some wood. Some acidic tartness in the finish. Nice one from Stockholm.

(Draught at Bishop’s Arms Folkungagatan, Stockholm, 26 June 2015) Golden amber colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with citrus, grapefruit and grassy hops. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of citrus, grapefruit, passion-fruit and a balanced grassy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, quite dry. Tasty, with a fresh hop character. Nice one.
