150ml draught at Stockholm Brewing Co. Tiny white head, clear golden body, spotty lacing. Subdued hay and grassy hops on the nose. Citric moments to the taste profile joined by pale malts. Rounded, mild malt-fruity ending. Quite refreshing standard pilsner. (Frihamnen, Stockholm, 04.11.2025).

(Bottle) Golden amber colour, slightly hazy, with foamy white head. Fruity, malty nose with notes of citrus, grapefruit, apples, peaches, bread, yeast and barnyard. Fruity, tart taste with citrus, grapefruit, green apples, barnyard, slightly bretty yeast, mixed sour fruits and a dry and tart finish with fairly low bitterness. Medium body, quite dry. Tart, fresh and well made, with a complex acidity. Very nice.

330ml can from Noz. Unclear orange appearance, no head, meagre carbonation. Nice doughy saison sweetness is there to greet but lacks life on delivery, finishing a bit flat unfortunately.

(Bottle) Golden amber colour with foamy, white head. Fruity, funky nose with citrus, pink grapefruit, apricots, barnyard and a touch of vinegar. Fruity, tart taste with notes of citrus, apricots, grapefruit, orange peel, funky yeast, wood, rye bread, barnyard and vinegar. No bitterness. Medium body, dry. Rich, tart and quite complex. Very nice.

(Bottle) Pale golden colour with brief, foamy, white head. Fruity nose with gooseberries, hay, white wine vinegar, citrus, lemon and white bread. Fruity, tart taste with notes of gooseberries, unripe pineapple, hay, vinegar, citrus, lemon and white bread. No bitterness. Medium body, dry. Tart, dry and tropical, with a generous acidity. A bit sharp, possibly. Nice one.

Slightly hazy yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is herbal, grassy and mild earthy tones. Flavour is herbal, floral, mild bready tones. Crisp. Nice bitter grassy finish.
