Clear golden with a medium sized white head, good lacing. Aroma is fruity and grapefruit. Flavors are fruity, sweet malts, grapefruit and pine resin

Tap at Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours dark amber/brown with a creamy beige head. Flavor is mildly burnt sugar/treacle. Med body at least. Flavor is burnt sugar/treacle and arguably a lot of floral hop. Not finishing bitter, but far from sticky. Very nice. Very tasty.

Sample at the taproom. Pours a clear copper-amber color with a medium off-white head that recedes steadily to an outer ring. Strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of tropical fruits, hops and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of piney hops, grapefruit and toasted malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a citrusy hops aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Sample at the taproom. Clear straw-gold color with a medium white head that evaporates steadily to an outer ring. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of yeast, roast malt and hops. Medium body with flavors of herbal yeast, grassy hops and pale malts. The finish is mildly spiced with a fruit and malt aftertaste. Decent overall.

Medium body with flavors of caramel malt, banana and yeast. The finish is sweet with a roasted malt and toffee aftertaste. Decent overall.

Medium body with flavors of citrusy hops, pine, malt and a bit of funky yeast. The finish is moderately bitter with a grapefruit and hops aftertaste. Above average overall.
