On tap at Apex, pours a deep dark brown / near-black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out lots of bourbon barrels, dark dried fruits, and caramel. Flavour is very sweet, with loads of caramel, dark dried fruits and bourbon. Very very sweet, but at least there's some great depth here. The booze is hidden beneath the sugar. Tasty.

US Pint can on 15th February 2022, drank while cooking a Bolognese type meal in my daughters kitchen; I like cooking with beer! There was a slight haze in the light golden body, on top a lasting white head. Both dank and mild citrus hoppiness in both the nose and taste. Ideal for drinking in a hot kitchen.

On tap at Faction, pours a cloudy golden orange with a small white head. Nose is bright, with lots of tangerine, gentle lacto, and crisp citrus zest. Flavour is bright and juicy, with lots of tart tangerine, moderate lacto, and citrus peel. Juicy and tart, with almost no residual sweetness. Well-made.

On nitro tap at Faction, pours a clear copper golden with a creamy wh it e hear. Aroma is full of lactose, a little cinnamon, and vanilla — no roast or anything reminiscent of a stout. Flavour is creamy, with plenty of sweet lactose, cinnamon and vanilla. Not all that complex, nor interesting in any respect. Okay.

On tap at Faction, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Nose is full of bright piney hops and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is crisp, bitter and piney, with lots of classic west coast piney hop notes upfront, backed with just enough biscuity malt. High residual bitterness that is somewhat abrasive. Good.
