Dink pour from the bottle (thx, Alex!) lost in bowels of the fridge @ 🏡 Appearance: dark copper. Aroma: woody, apples, some sweetness. Taste: along the same lines, very tannic, astringent. A bit boozy. Overall: pretty good.

Poured from some container from a former bottle (thanks Fiulijn). Clear dark amber in colour. Brandy, apple, a bit boozy, lack almost any complexity. Meh.

Bottle sampled at the winery, pours a clear colour with a yellowish tinge. Aroma brings out loads of dry apples and almost a white wine quality. Flavour is like a cross between a dry white wine and a cider, with crisp green apple skins and considerable alcohol heat. Seems a bit harsh and in need of refinement, but it's pleasant in small samples.

Beautiful dark amber color.Liquor aroma, alcohol, somehow like cherry in brandy. Semi-sweet, but also very astringent, tannic, with a bit of stewed apples, of cherry wine.
Weird.

Amber color. Nose of alcohol, cherry pits. Medium sweetness, light tartness, strong final astringency, and alcohol warmth.

Bottle - Cheap apple brandy, singes the nose hairs. Clear copper. Boozy, sweet and unappealing.

375mL bottle, pours a dark amber ruby red with no head. Nose brings out alcohol, strong caramelized apples, low sweetness, and a touch of candied sugar. Flavour is cloyingly sweet, with loads of alcohol, caramel and lots of residual sugar. Not complex at all. Doesn't taste like an authentic ice cider, at least because of the complexity, but rather some sort of boozy, syrupy, sweet mess. Not terrible, but not very elegant or balanced at all.

Bottle at the winery
Pale blond color. Quite dry and tart, with some chemicals in the aroma, and light fruits.
Not too bad, still it’s once again a legal scam, a product of white sugar fermentation…
