Description
The Blue Elephant Restaurant in Simcoe, Ontario was established in 1992. Over the past twenty years of business, the restaurant has continued to evolve. From a fine dining establishment with white linen to a causal pub, and now, Norfolk's first, and only, Brew House. Heather Pond and James Grant had two simple goals in mind… serving fresh ales, lagers, and pilsners alongside great local food, and to have fun doing it. Ever since we first went on tap, September 2012, our brews have taken off and "they're drinkin' them faster than we're makin' them."
Our ales are brewed in traditional European fashion, using only barley, wheat, hops andpure water. And, in accordance with ancient purity laws, no additives or preservatives.

Can - Sweet pale malts and earthy hops. Clear gold with a thin white head. Lots of sweet grain with a significant bitterness and a long finish. Reminds me of many English golds, but not quite a Pils.

Can - Sweet pale malts and a very earthy style hop. Clear gold with almost no head. Tastes just like it smells. Very much like an English IPA with only a light bitterness and easy drinking.
