Shaker (healthy pour for 8% DIPA) pint draft at Blue Skye Brewery & Eats in Salina, Kansas. The pour is a light haze golden yellow with a small white head. The aroma is cracker malt resin along with soft floral hop. The taste is the resin hop with a bit of pine and grass. Cracker malt and warming heat carries the finish. The palate is medium bodied with soft carbonation and the mineral resin pine finish. Alcohol warmth lingers in the finish.

This is a collaborative beer with a brewery that isn’t open yet. You could tell, a very different beer structure. A leaner and cleaner IPA. Moderate bitterness. The hops are fine but just not my thang. A lightly sweet, a little fruity but nondistinct.

Not sure why these blondes taste like dirt and earth with a mix of vegetables. Make it thirst quenching not thirst repulsing.

Dark copper, clear body. At first the strong artifical watermelon is cool. But then I get this caramel sweet tea flavor that dominates and is off putting. Yucky once it warms up for a sec. Like old grandma candy and watermelon jolly rancher combined.

Standard brewpub hefe. Some banana, not crazy strong, sweet, some syrupy character. Low hop and low biterness. Dullsville is the best description.
