Combining tradition with innovation, our mission is to brew great beer for the people of Iowa - and beyond.

We are a production brewery located in Cedar Rapids between the Downtown and New Bohemia districts. Our taproom is an easy walk to our city's cultural and dining attractions. For a bite between beers, we are partnering with area food trucks and we also encourage our guests to bring their favorite foods, preferably enough to share.

4 oz. sample at El Bait Shop, De Moines, Iowa. Mild carbonation but just enough to keep it crisp. Aroma is earthy hop and mild yeast.. The tastes are a nice balance of malt and hops and has a yeasty body. Not bitter or sugary or sweet. The lager yeast is what comes out most to me. Thin body that rides on watery, It is ok.

4 oz. sample at El Bait Shop, De Moines, Iowa. Shows a clear yellow pour with thin bright white head. Aroma of grain, weak Saaz, and corn. Flavor is very tame; corn, pepper, little hops. Extremely light/ watery body. Finished on mineral water.

On tap at 30Hop. Pours a murky reddish brown with a tan head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma is full of sour cherry with a hint of pie cherry underlying. Flavor has a nice sour cherry note throughout with a bit of light grain backing.
