Bottled, thanks fiulijn! Clear pale amber. Oaky nose with a richness of apple aromas. Sweet and full bodied with soft mouthfeel. Mouthfilling flavours of honey and oak, notes of dates. Mildly warming finish with some apple skin bitterness.

Nice apple concentrate aroma, a touch of rotten fruit too. Lean body, very sweet but not syrupy, with hints of hazelnuts and final astringency.

2013-11-13, corked bottle from Cervezorama 2.0, Madrid; batch L 12 111 12, 7-5-7-3-15=37
Measured Final Gravity: 1040

Amber color, clear, dark shade but quite bright. Sweet aroma, apple syrup, some wood, honey, very light hazelnuts. Sweet but not syrupy; concentrated apple juice flavor, with a peculiar impression of chestnuts and honey; it has some acidity, but much less than the Canadian Ice Ciders; there are some soft tannins in the end, and a minimal astringency.
Pleasant although still to be improved; at least the price tag is very acceptable! (one point more for this).

Possibly the best cider i’ve had which is admittingly few. Poured as starter prior to tasting menu at Blanca. Its bubbly and champagne like in glass. Nose of tart apple skin and wild yeast. Tastes of apples, barnyard, maybe Brett, woody, grass, some vanilla. super lively on palate and so friggin good great way to set off this amazing meal.

Sampled a few times, but most recently @Applepalooza ’12.
Wine glass pour. Clear, rich, medium amber body.
Smell starts off as a typical ice cider. Maple, macerated apples, & some decent acid. No insane apple perfume, but decent.
The feel, is thinner then the Canadian stuff. It has some good legs & slickness, but it’s not as concentrated.
Tastes of maple & bittersweet apples. Lots of caramelization. Leafy. Just a slight tartness upfront, with mellow acid throughout. A strong, drying, popsicle-sucking woodyness from middle to end. For less then $20, it’s pretty decent.

Bottle at Applepalooza 2012. Some bubbly to get in the mood. Good call.
Wine glass. Clear, pale gold body. A splash of champagne fizz.
Bright, crabby nose. Interesting barny/sweat undertone. Seaweed.
Taste is bittersweet skin & slight brine. A touch of dessert apples, but overall pretty dry. Moderately tart citrus. Just a touch of wild, yeasty funk.
Tight, rounded carbonation. Quenching acid. Mellow alcohol. Satisfying.
Great stuff. :)
