Growler: Clear, dark amer with a white head. Aroma of apples, caramel. Taste is sweet apple, with a touch of apple-peel bitter. Caramel malt. Really, really good!

Draft (crowler). Apple, caramel malt, and fresh hay aroma. Brown amber with moderate head. Mildly sweet apple, caramel malt, and moderately bitter grass/hay flavor. Good body. Excellent - a great California Common - one of the best I've had outside of Anchor Steam.

Draft. Lemon, sour milk, biscuit malt, and straw aroma. Clear golden yellow with moderate head. Mild sweet-tart lemon, biscuit malt, moderately sour lactic acid, and very mildly bitter straw flavor. Good body. Very nice.
