Narrow pils glass sample, approximately 3 oz, draft at the brewpub in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. The pour is a light haze orange golden with a white head and a bunch of thick lacing. The aroma is soft floral and citrus orange hops. The taste is bitter, dusty grain, then the orange citrus fruit sweetness. The palate is medium to light bodied with soft carbonation and a dry mineral bitter finish. Just an OK IPA, didn’t use or manage the dry Bitterness that well.

Narrow pils glass sample, approximately 3 oz, draft at the brewpub in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. The pour is a clear gold yellow with a small white head. Effervescent. The aroma is clean cereal grain, faint and somewhat simple. The taste is the cereal grain, along with some floral, and a hint of diacetyl. The palate is light to thin bodied, light sweet in the aftertaste and a clean finish. Not a bad light lager.

Narrow pils glass sample, approximately 3 oz, draft at the brewpub in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. The pour is a hazy brown with a khaki head and nice lace. The aroma is strong cocoa, with light milk. The taste is the cocoa, bakers semi sweet chocolate chips, and not too much else. The palate is light bodied with a sweet finish. This was one dimensional though decently clean.

Narrow pils glass sample, approximately 3 oz, draft at the brewpub in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. The pour is mostly clear golden orange with only a faint off white head. The aroma is light grain malt, along with a light hint of honey floral sweet. The taste shows the grain, picks up some of the wheat, then shows lightly sweet melon in the back. Really subtle and decently integrated. The palate is light bodied with low soft carbonation and the melon sweet lingers pleasantly. Not bad.
