Tasty schwarzbier, with dark veins of chocolate and coffee offset by hints of apple and a slight yeasty note. Finishes dry and with a lingering mocha bitter streak. Delicious.

Tap at Hops & Hollers, Knoxville. Color is clear orange with small white head small. Aromas and flavours: Some fruits, biscuits and malts.... lots of diacetyl too.

Draft. Banana, light peanut, lemon, clove, wheat malt and straw aroma. Hazy golden yellow with small head. Lightly sweet citrus, light peanut/wheat malt, and very mildly bitter straw flavor. Very light body. Seemed more like a basic wheat ale to me.
