Sampled from the tap at GTMW 2019. Pours a clear pale straw yellow with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has notes of grass and straw with some earthy grains backing. Flavor has earthy grains and straw with growing grass but a bit thin on the finish.

Can: Dark, red-lit brown with a small, creamy tan head. Aroma is nutty, with powdered chocolate. Taste is lightly smoky chocolate/cocoa, oatmeal, nuts. Creamy, nicely bodied.....some leafy/earthy bitter at the finish. Very pleasant.

Draft at Red Arrow Taproom. Filtered golden ale color, just a hint of orange besides. Only a thin rim of foam remains once I've gotten the glass to my table. Smell is only a slight reminder of what should be a spicy, fruity Belgian wit. Taste is nice enough. There's a think, pleasant golden ale, but very little of the advertised oranges, except for a slightly sweet citrusy note. Well, now I get some orange toward the middle of the glass, I suppose. Any expected spice from a wheat bill or a warm ferment seems to be lost to the oranges, as a matter of fact. Oh, it is very nice, just seems closer to the canned commercial wits like a Fat Tire than something that would be found on premise.
