Paducah Beer Werks is the brainchild of homebrewer turned grain master, Todd Blume. Founded in 2015, Beer Werks grew from its humble beginnings as a rehabbed Greyhound Bus Station at the corner of 4th and Monroe, to an award-winning brewpub and music venue with a locally sourced, artisan menu. Touring bands and local acts make their way to the stage each week, creating a soundtrack for your good time.

4.9
Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 5 | Flavor - 5 | Texture - 4 | Overall - 4.5

On tap at Paducah Beer Werks, pours a deep dark reddish brown with a small off-white head. Aroma reveals subdued blackberry, earthy notes and a little cardboard. Flavour is along the same lines, not really bringing out the blackberries at all. Cardboardy dry palate leaving much to be desired. Meh.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 4 | Flavor - 4 | Texture - 4 | Overall - 4.5

On tap at Paducah Beer Werks, pours a hazy dark orange amber with a small beige head. Nose is very malty, with light resinous hops, caramel bready malt and a hint of butter. Flavour is similar, with metallic notes, bready malt, a hint of caramel and bittering hops. Messy and rather harsh. Not a good IPA.

4.5
Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 5 | Flavor - 4 | Texture - 4 | Overall - 4

On tap at Paducah Beer Werks, pours a clear dull copper with a small white head. Aroma is very laid back, with a hint of floral and orange notes. Flavour is bizarre, with muffled orange notes, earthy notes and cardboard. Not sure exactly how they thought they accomplished what they set out to do here. Flat and lacking cohesion and depth.
