On cask at the 6th Street taproom. The beer is a slightly hazy reddish-orange color with a thin off-white head that dissipates quickly to an outer ring. Short strings of lace. Aroma of berries, herbal hops and malt. Medium body with flavors of hibiscus, berry, resiny hops, yeast and malt. The finish is fruity with a hibiscus and hops aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample from cask at the 6th Street taproom. The beer is a clear reddish-gold color with a thin white head that burns away quickly to a wispy film. Short strings of lace. Aroma of cinnamon, malt and fruit. Light-bodied with flavors of fruity yeast, cinnamon and malt. The finish is floral and fruity with a cinnamon aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample at the 6th Street taproom. The beer is a dark reddish-brown color with a medium thick frothy light beige head that recedes steadily to a film. Small patches of lace. Aroma of roast malt, fruit, caramel and hops. Full-bodied with flavors of caramel malt, ripe fruit and earthy hops. The finish is malty with a dried fruit aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

On draught at the 6th Street taproom. The beer is a slightly hazy pale orange color with a medium white head that evaporates steadily to a film. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of grassy hops, fruit and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of herbal hops, citrus and malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a grassy hop aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample at the brewery taproom during the Four String 6 Year Anniversary Party on 10/21/2017. Inky black pour with a medium tan head that diminishes steadily to an outer ring. Small patches of lace. Aroma of bourbon, malt and peppercorn. Full-bodied with flavors of charred malt, anise, bourbon and peppercorn. The finish is roasty and mildly peppery with a bourbon and malt aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Medium body with flavors of oaky vanilla, chocolate malt and bourbon. The finish is sweet with a vanilla and malt aftertaste. Above average overall.
