Hazy gold pour with a lingering head with nice lacing. Citrusy, hoppy aroma. The flavor is fruity, hoppy, and nicely balanced. Medium bodied. Tasty.

Keg at Chili's in the Detroit airport, 9/16/23-ish. Weird day with an overnight flight. Went from 11pm to 7 am in four hours. Up 26 hours that day. Ugh. New brewery! Brewery # 2243, USA # 1840, Michigan # 78. Hazy gold, medium white head, average retention. Aroma of tropical fruit, pale malt, melon. Taste is melon, pineapple, mango, pale malt. Juicy, no bitterness.

12oz bottle, warm shelf, undated (as far as I can tell), drunk 6/20/23. I certainly didn't stir it up, and it's come out crystal clear, light blonde with a massive, refermented, white head showing strong retention. Apple, papaya, grapefruit, watermelon. Tons of good NEIPA character without any resin, dirty yeast or pine. Even the mosaic seems to lack onion. No alcohol or flaw. In the mouth it's soft, juicy, nicely malty with some yeast ester and moderate bitterness on the finish. Guava, papaya, citrus, mango and tea-like spice. No onion, no dirty yeast. Possible that it's warm rest has helped ferment some of the sugar - as this is still quite malty, bordering sweet even after sitting warm; so maybe it's too sweet when fresh? Still, the soft, supple texture is really impressive and I'd certainly try more of their beers.

Draught @ Kultainen Apina Aroma has sweet tropical fruits and resin. Flavour has gluey tones, cereal, some tropical fruits. Grapefruity hops in the finish. Aroma was promising but flavour is not my thing.

355ml can. Slightly cloudy, yellow-ish, deep golden colour with average, thick, creamy, moderately to mostly lasting, moderately lacing, white head. Not overly intense, juicy, (citrusy) fruity, slightly piney and grassy, hoppy aroma, sweet-ish, biscuity, pale malty background, notes of lemon, mandarine, some melon, a touch of pineapple and grapefruit; late herbal hoppy overtones with a touch of mint. Taste is sweet and juicy, fruity hoppy, mildly bitter and minimally alcoholic, an amalgamation of orange, mandarine, some lemon, grapefruit, pineapple, lychee, melon, sweet, biscuity, minimally sugary, pale malty basis. Creamy-oily texture, smooth and minimally cloying, simultaneously minimally dry palate, fine, prickly carbonation. Well crafted, very homogeneous, amalgamated fruit flavours, minimally stronger carbonation lends freshness, airiness and drinkability and counterbalances the sweetness - pretty good.
