Medium-plus carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy/sticky, fairly resinous/rindy, and lightly acidic/tangy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.5%. Overall this is an excelent fruited cream ale. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of key limes, citrus/earthy hops, fruity yeast, and moderate maize/pale malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink with the modestly bitter/resinous/drying finish; not overly aggressive. Very flavorful and not watery for the ABV. Great balance of vibrant key limes, and citrus/earthy Cascade hops; with a great clean pils malt/maize backbone, and restrained fruity yeast. Minimal residual sweetness with crisp drying. Not overdone on adjuncts. A very enjoyable offering, and spot on style example as expected. Great summer beer.

Very flavorful for the ABV, and not overly aggressive. Feels like Columbus, Centennial, Simcoe. Very juicy, vibrant, dank, and earthy balanced hop complexity; with a nice clean pale/wheat malt backbone for the ABV. Minimal residual sweetness with crisp resin dryness. A really enjoyable offering, and outstanding style example for the ABV. One of the better session IPAs I've had.

Lightly increasing dryness from lingering hop/char bitterness, and bourbon/oak spiciness after the finish. Medium carbonation and fairly full body; with a very smooth, creamy/silky/velvety/bready, fairly sticky/chalky, and lightly slick/tannic mouthfeel that is fantastic. Mild increasing warmth of 10%, with no barrel booze lingering after the finish. Overall this is an amazing flavored barrel aged imperial stout! All around incredible complexity, robustness, and balance of dark/black/roast/bready malts/oats, maple syrup, vanilla; and moderate bourbon barrel, earthy hop flavors; very smooth and dangerously easy to drink for the big ABV, with the modestly bitter/charred/tannic/drying finish. Amazing balance of super rich malts/oats, vanilla, and maple syrup flavorings; great barrel presence/integration, and balancing earthy hops against sweetness. Not overly boozy/tannic on barrels, or overly sweet/heavy from lingering dryness. A highly amazing offering, and top tier style example. Reminds me of YGOFT without the cinnamon all around.

Taste of big caramel, brown sugar, toffee, brown bread dough/crust, toasted biscuit, and nuttiness; with lighter notes of chocolate, cocoa, raisin, plum, fig, pear, red apple, herbal, grass, pepper, and yeast/roast/toasted earthiness. Overall this is an awesome scotch ale. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of dark/bready/light roasted malts and light-moderate earthy hop/fruity yeast flavors; very smooth and easy to drink for the ABV. A little too bitter, roasty, and drying than expected; but not overwhelming. Really awesome rich English malt complexity; with balancing earthy hops and restrained fruity yeast flavors. A really enjoyable offering, and impressive/well made style example.
