Grapefruit peel, pine, caramel malt aroma. Cloudy amber with small head. Moderately sweet orange, caramel malt, and moderately bitter grapefruit peel flavor. Good body. Okay - on the sweet side.

12 oz. Christmas present from Texas. Thanks MS! Pours an opaque very dark amber color with a tiny beige head and poor retention. Spots of lacing. Mild caramel aroma. Flat mouthfeel. The flavor is an odd mix of caramel, hops and light astringent alcohol. Not real smooth. It's not terrible but nothing I would seek out.
