Chocolate, oatmeal malt, and hay aroma. Black with small head. Moderately sweet chocolate, oatmeal, malt, and mildly bitter dry hay flavor. Great body and balance. Excellent.

Cherry, chocolate malt, and dry hay aroma. Dark brown with moderate tan head. Moderately sweet chocolate malt, and moderately bitter dry hay flavor. Good body. Nicely hoppy.

Banana, orange, clove, wheat malt, and straw aroma. Hazy pale yellow with moderate head. Moderately sweet banana, orange, clove, wheat malt, and mildly bitter straw flavor. Good body and balance. A solid Hefeweizen.

Floral lemon/orange, barley malt, and straw aroma. Golden yellow with small head. Moderately sweet citrus, barley malt, and mildly bitter hay and lemon peel flavor. Good body and balance. An excellent Dortmunder.

Chocolate malt, wood/ash, and hay aroma. Very dark brown with moderate head. Lightly sweet chocolate malt, and mild to moderately bitter dry hay and ash flavor. Good body. A very solid beer.
