Sampled on draft this beer poured a caramel-orange color with a medium sized soapy white head that left minimal lacing. The aroma was faint fruity hops. The flavor was sweetish fruity hops and touches of caramel and malt. Medium length fruity finish. Medium body. Ok.

Sampled on draft this beer poured a very dark brown color - almost black - with orange highlights and a medium sized foamy beige head that left minimal lacing. The aroma was dry and roasty with a coffee presence. The flavor was bitter and roasty with notes of wood, coffee and faint floral hops. Medium length finish. Medium body. Fairly solid.

Tap at OBF. Pours dark copper with a creamy/frothy off-white head. Aroma is oddly minty hoppy. Full bodied. Heavy malt backdrop. Hop flavors are mixed - coming across earthy to me. Really hoppy - but no burn. Very tasty.
