Bottle. Red wine, chocolate malt, and hay aroma. Dark brown with moderate tan head. Moderately sweet red wine, chocolate malt, and mildly bitter hay flavor. Nice body. Fruity - didn’t really get any indication of oysters though.

Draft. Gentian, lemon, biscuit malt, and straw aroma. Hazy golden yellow with moderate head. Mildly sweet citrus, biscuit malt, and moderately bitter/astringent grass/gentian flavor. Good body. A different sort of I2PA.

Draft. Lemon, grainy barley malt, and straw aroma. Cloudy straw color with small head. Moderately sweet lemon, biscuit malt, and mildly bitter straw flavor. Good body. Pretty solid.

Draft. Yeast, orange/lemon, malt, and straw aroma. Straw with moderate head. Very lightly sweet lemon, orange malt, yeast, and mildly bitter straw flavor. Nice body. Pretty good.

sampled at Oktobeerfest 2015 - This brew has a super spicy aroma and flavor. It’s sweet with assertive cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg flavors. Medium bodied. I like it though some people might think it’s spice overkill.

Draft. Orange, banana, clove and wheat malt aroma. Murky pale yellow with small head. Sweet orange/lemon/banana, clove and wheat malt flavor. Nice body. Very solid.
