growler - Pours clear copper with a two finger lingering white head. It smells of hops with oranges and melons. The flavor is led by a tasty, bitter punch with citrus and resin and some caramel malt. Medium bodied. Quite good.

Growler - Summit City's second crack at a pale ale with spruce has a pleasant aroma of caramel malt and spruce. The flavor is mild to moderately bitter with caramel, hops, and obvious spruce. It works pretty well and overall is a solid brew.

Pours near black with a small, lingering tan head. It smells of roast malt and chocolate. The flavor starts with that roasty character and dark chocolate, but there's also an off, sort of bandage flavor. Too bad. It starts off so well, but that off flavor takes it down some.

Pours black with a small tan head. It smells of dark roast chocolate malt and some alcohol. The flavor is similar and pretty well balanced with the heavy dose of malt not coming off as too sweet. It's good though I love imperial stouts and as they go it's a little underwhelming.

Pours hazy orange and has an aroma of fruity, resinous hops. The flavor has aggressive hops bitterness, particularly for a hazy, but I like that about it. There's also mango, citrus, and resinous flavors. Very good.

Pours hazy yellow with no head. It has a tart, passion fruit heavy aroma. The flavor is pleasantly tart with fruity, malty sweetness. I can taste both the passion fruit and the guava though the former is more prominent. Medium bodied, it's an enjoyable brew.

Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. The aroma is mainly pineapples. It tastes sweet and malty with some decent pineapple coming through. Light bodied. It's alright though a bit sweeter than I'd like.

Pours an opaque, murky purple. It smells of blackberries, of course. The flavor is full of them with moderate tartness and malt sweetness that are balanced well. Medium bodied. Pretty good.

Pours deep amber-brown with a small off white head. It has a mild caramel malt aroma. The flavor is very sweet with toffee and some earthy character. It's medium bodied. Even for the style I think this is overly sweet. It's okay but yeah, it's really sweet.

Collaboration with HopLore, pours very hazy yellow with a small off-white head. The aroma is full of grapefruit and orange. The flavor is sweet with mild to moderate bitterness, lots of citrus, and some resin. Juicy and good.
