Pours black with a small tan head. Smells of chocolate, coffee and roast malt. The flavor is pretty sweet with chocolate malt, a little vanilla, roast malt, and some hops and roast bitterness on the back end. Full bodied. Quite good.

Pours clear light yellow gold. It smells of grainy malt and rice. The flavor is very grainy malt with some mild hops and very present rice. It’s rather odd. Light bodied. Not badly made, but it’s not my thing.

This brew has a lingering off white head and a nice, fruity, hoppy aroma. I’m still not clear on the smell of prickly pear, but I guess that’s the fruit here. The flavor is both sweet and malty and thoroughly hopped with fruity, resinous character. It’s pretty full bodied. Quite good.

They added coffee to the BA big Ol’ stout. It pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is of bourbon, roast malt, and coffee. The flavor is of bourbon, dark roast malt, coffee and chocolate. Full bodied. Really good, It’s the best of my stout flight but I do like bourbon in beer.

Pours black with a minimal tan head. Smells of dark roast malt, chocolate and I want there to be mint but… there’s a little? The flavor is of dark roast malt, chocolate, coffee, and a little mint. Full body. Good stout.

Pours black. Smells of dark roast malt, chocolate, and coffee. The flavor is very roasty. There are mocha notes but maple praline? I don’t know. It’s a bit nutty maybe. Good strong stout. Full bodied. Should I take off for not having much “maple praline” to speak of?

This one has a mild aroma of tropical fruit, hop resin, and malt. It’s a moderately hopped pale ale with piney and tropical fruit notes. Medium bodied. It doesn’t stand out but it works pretty well.
