This is the last new to me Junk Ditch beers I found at a local bar after the brewery closed. It pours hazy yellow orange with a small lingering white head. It smells of wheat, bananas, and clove. The flavor is malty with the bananas and cloves coming through well. This is a pretty good hefe.

This is another one from a local bar's acquisition of liquidated Junk Ditch kegs. It pours very hazy pale yellow with a lingering white head and smells of bananas and guava. It tastes lightly tart and tropical, the bananas and guava coming through nicely. This is easy drinking and well done, light without being bland or watery and with the right amount of fruit.
And yes, that's how they spelled the beer name.

Yes, sadly Junk Ditch is out of business, but they liquidated their inventory on the cheap and a local bar got five different kegs that are currently on tap. This one pours clear gold with a small white head that leaves some lacing. There's a mild, lightly fruity grainy malt aroma. The flavor has sweet, grainy malt up front with guava and grape notes leading into a crisp, mildly bitter finish. Light bodied. This is better than I expected as I usually don't care for pale lagers much. They really brought out a fruity character.

Pours lightly hazy gold with a lingering white head that laces well. The aroma is hop led with citrus. The flavor has moderate to high hop bitterness, citrus, and lightly toasted malt. It’s alright. There’s kind of a session ipa flavor profile to it.

Pours near black. Smells of roast malt, coffee and chocolate. The flavor is of dark roast malt, coffee, a little chocolate, and a touch of spicy rye dryness. Good.

Pours near black. The aroma is very much led by the whiskey with some roast malt and chocolate in there. The flavor is sweet and full of caramelly, vanilla accented whiskey. There’s some chocolate though I’m not getting Graham cracker or marshmallow. I think the whiskey dominates. It’s good and I like whiskey, though I expected a bit heavier body and more roast malt flavor.
