Draft @ brewery. Creamy barley malt aroma. Slightly hazy straw gold with a small white head. Creamy barley malt and light grassy flavor. Medium creamy body, soft carbonation. Very well done and dangerously drinkable.

Sample via Shrubber/QueenHolly: Black, no head. Aroma is vanilla, oatmeal, roasty. Taste is darkly burned, coffee and vanilla. I agree with Shrubber’s taste of Chicory..... A very nice tasting stout.

Growler, Lemon, yeast and wheat malt aroma. Hazy pale yellow with nice head. Light lemon, yeast, and strong wheat/barley malt flavor. Nice body. Very good - really like the malt flavor.

tap at Ft Wayne OktoBeerfest - Pours light and hazy amber-orange with a dense head that laces well. The aroma is of caramel malt with indistinct fruit character. It has a very sweet flavor with a tasty chocolate character, a medium to full body, and lingering caramel/cocoa. Good.

Tap at brewery. Caramel malt, piney grapefruit peel hops aroma. Clear amber with a small beige head. Caramel malt, piney grapefruit hops flavor. Medium sticky body. Very malt forward, which is my personal preference in an IPA.

Tap at brewery. Sweet banana, toasty wheat malt, and yeasty aroma... almost banana bread. Deep chestnut with a small beige head. Banana, toast, light clove, and earthy flavor. Medium body, slightly dry, moderate carbonation.Very enjoyable, easy drinking beer.

Tap at brewery. Chocolate and coffee malt, prune, and earthy smoky aroma. Black with a small tan head. Coffee and earthy peat flavor with a roasty bitter finish. Medium body, dry finish, a little light for the style. Very tasty beer.
