Draft at Deep Water Imperial Stout. Deep ruddy orange-brown body, thin partial cream head. Aroma baker's chocolate, cocoa, roast. Body is mostly cocoa powder, black licorice, and charred sugars, with some dusty wood notes. Comes across as a heavy regular stout and lacks the complexity of a typical imperial stout.

Cloudy medium orange to orange-brown body, medium dense cream head. Aroma floral and fruity with guava and starfruit. Body gummy with notes of lychee, guava, melon, and spicy stone fruits, with some dank or candy cigarette notes. Muted tannic orange finish. Well-balanced and solid.

Deep coppery red-brown body, partial cream head. Aroma toasted cereal, caramel, and a touch of fruit leather. Body somewhat tart initially, mostly toasted cereal and caramel with good earthy balance and moderate to low sweetness. A touch oily on the back end. Seems pretty well- made, if not noteworthy.

Draft at the brewery. Hazy orange body, medium to thin cream head. Aroma tart and creamy with tangerine. Body creamy with low bitterness, a blend of orange/tangerine citrus elements, tropical fruit, and onion. Full-bodied. A really nice surprise, on the order of a lighter Old Nation M-43.

Draft at the brewery. Pale straw body, thin off-white head. Nose light, sour and grain. Body light, tart, with grain, lactic notes, and hints of pear and white grape. Nice modest bite. Simple but quaffable.

Draft at the brewery. Slightly hazy straw body, thin dense cream head. Aroma light, leafy, grassy, and bready. Body toasty and biscuity; sharply carbonated with herbal and pine hops bitterness. Mild and well-balanced.

Draft at the brewery. Hazy caramely red-orange body, medium dense cream head. Aroma vinous and sweet with lots of clove. Body estery, heavy on cloves, gummy with a fruit leather backdrop. It lacks the cloying syrupy character common to so many American so-called Quadrupels but is still relatively simplistic.
