Hazy orange with a large off white head. First pour after the siesta. Aroma had malt, vegs and and hints of hops. Fairly dry flavour with floral hops, malt and vegs. Finished dry and somewhat bitter.

Cloudy golden with a medium off white head. Fruity and floral hops in the nose along with malty and caramelish notes. Dry flavour with hoppy, fruity and malty notes. Finished dry and bitter.

Draught at the Oberpfälzer Hof: Golden, hazy, lasting medium-sized white foam; relatively dry distinctive hoppy and yeasty nose; light to medium bodied; moderate dry bitter-sweet flavour; distinctive hops in the fruity and yeasty finish. Moreish.......

On draught at the White Swan: Fruity-grainy nose with a distinctive hoppy background; moderate to solid sweet-bitter flavour, creamy MF, light to medium bodied; lingering "rural", grainy and solid hoppy finish. Good and moreish......

On tap at the Gloser: Hazy, reddish-amber coloured, fruity-yeasty nose with a woody-hoppy background; small stable creamy head; moderate dryish bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied, quite smooth; shorter yeasty-fruity finish with some hoppy traces. Good, but not overwhelming.....

On draught at the Fiedlschneider: Deep golden, hazy, smaller persistent white head; grainy-yeasty nose with a light hoppy background; dry bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied; lingering dryish hoppy and yeasty finish. Quite O.K. .....

Tap at Zoiglhaus. Creamy barnyard malt aroma - very nice. Hazy amber color with a large head. Sweet butter/cream barley malt flavor with a light grass hops finish. A great one.

Tap at Zoiglhaus. Milky malt aroma. Cloudy amber color with a moderate head. Creamy malt and moderately bitter grassy hops flavor. Nice body. A solid easy drinking beer.

Tap at the Weisser Schwan. Lemon and bready malt aroma. Hazy amber color with nice head. Lemon peel and creamy barley malt flavor. Mild diacetyl finish. Excellent - another great zoigl.

Tap at Oberpfälzer Hof. Yeast and lemon malt aroma. Golden yellow color with moderate head. Slightly sweet barley malt and dry lemon flavor. Nicely blended. Subdued but very nice.
