US Pint can from O'Sheas. Poured (twice) into an old Corsendonk stemmed tulip glass at my daughters place in Laguna Hills on 31st July 2025. Very dark, almost black in colour, tanned crust on top. Malty, semi sweet and pleasant. These sort of beers can be rather thin body wise, but this was fine, not rich or slick, but a decent depth of flavour and certainly not watery or weak.

Poured from a 16 oz can dated June 17, 2025.
Aroma is moderately hop forward and fruity with notes of grapefruit, tangerine, stone fruit and tropical fruit. Lighter dank, oily, pine resin notes. Medium light cracker malt and light alcohol notes.
Pours a fairly clear, golden color with a medium large, thick, pillowy, white head that recedes steadily to a small film that lingers in clumps on the edges. Medium high lacing and small legs.
Flavor is slightly sweet with medium light cracker malt notes. Fairly high, assertive bitterness and light alcohol notes. Fairly strong hop notes of grapefruit and dank, oily, pine resin. Hints of tropical fruit and tangerine. A bit of a soapy hop note.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth.
Overall, a solid West Coast IPA. Good malt profile and assertive bitterness with a bit of a crisp dry finish. Alcohol is well hidden. Not my favorite hop profile, but the dank, piney resin notes are solid. Could be a bit fruitier and it has a bit of a soapy hop note in the flavor.
