Tap at Cap Tap. Pours rather perry color with a transient white head. Cucumber aroma. Near med body. It's a bit tart - with lacto or pedio or both - but the salt is firmly present and the kook is a player. Interesting stuff. Refreshing.

Tap at Cap Tap. Pours darkly hazy gold with a white head. Guava aroma. Med body at least. Flavor is slightly tart guava, almost juicy, not too dry, nicely bitter. Well, dry enough to finish kind of astringent. Like guava. Like guava in beer. Like this beer.

Tap at Cap Tap. Pours hazy gold with a white head. Aroma is fruit. Dank note? Med body. Flavor is dankish fruit - citrus and arguably tropicals. Malt is merely supportive - and doing a good job. Finishes dry, fruity and bitter.
