Sample (thanks omhper/fonefan!). Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is toffee, some dried fruits, mild nectar and a bit wooden tones to it. Flavour is wood, some fruity, mild nectary tones with some sweet malts as well. Low on the bitterness, but nice on the malty side in the finish. Simple and pleasant.

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Clear mahogany colour, mid sized head. Aroma of caramel, dates and hay. Sweet with medium to full body and well rounded mouthfeel. Dates and dark bread, some hay. Balanced bitter finish

Sample at Palace Hall, Malmö December tasting (14/12/2024) - toasted bready malty with notes of cereal, caramel and light toffeish malts, medium body, toasted malty finish.

330ml bottle at the Merchant of Venice, Granby Street, Leicester. Light to mid-gold and clear with a small white head. Strong malt, light lemon, cornbread aroma. Sweet taste, only a bit skinny, lots of corn syrup, lots of malt, with a trifling bitterness in the finish. Light body, medium carbonation. A good macro-y lager.

Green bottle so it was definitely light struck. Dark gold with a large foamy white head. Aroma was sweet, tangy and somewhat skunky. Tangy, sweetish, grassy and perfumey. Medium finish and body.
