Dorada de tono algo amarillento, turbia. Casi sin espuma. aroma escaso, frutal. En boca, cuerpo moderado, ligero,baja carbonatacion. Pero todo ello casi es virtud, porque nos encontramos una cerveza muy muy fresca, super bebible,con un buen sabor, nada forzado y bien equilibrado que mezcla dulce malta miel, lupulo ligeramente frutal y final claramente cítrico. Apreciable, aunque al final se nota la falta de cuerpo.

Bottle from Wine & Cheese in Clayton, MO. Pours translucent gold with a creamy/foamy white head. Aroma is fruity. Makes me think of bergamot. Med body or so due to the carbonation. Flavor is a cross between citrus and plum - or possibly bergamot. Grasping at straws here. This is not a hefeweizen. More dry than not. Flavorful in a medium sort of way. Different and IMHO enjoyable - in a mild way.
