This is the elder pine I love, jammy boysenberry as heck with a tannic finish. Delish.

16 oz can from jcos, 2/2/24. Mostly clear golden color, white head. Smokey aroma, grains, dough, earth, and grass. Fairly smokey early, but it fades a bit. Leans more peat than meat for me. Balanced and well made. What's not to like.

16 oz can from jcos, 1/30/24. Much appreciated homie! Clear gold, white head. Grains, spice, and lemon pledge. Fairly clean, decently dry. Slightly astringent on the finish. Solid, but not quite there.

16oz can from Tavour. Dark brown pour, thin silky beige head. Aroma is light roast, chocolate and mildly sweet. Taste continues that mild roasty vibe, dark chocolate and a dry bitterness. So flavorful, smooth .

16 oz can generously sent by my secret Santa, Nimbleprop. The pour is pale yellow golden, slightest bit of chill haze, and a noisy one inch foamy white head that falls relatively quickly. The aroma is cereal grain malt, a bit of herbal and a bit of dry floral. The taste is a nice blend of the clean cereal grain malt, slightly sweet and the herbal floral hop character. The plate is light bodied with active carbonation and a clean finish of herbal and a touch of mineral. Thanks for sending this my way, Andrew.

16 oz can generously sent by my secret santa, Nimbleprop. The pour is a clear golden yellow with a 2 inch lasting foamy white head. The aroma is pine resin, cracker malt and a hint of earth. The taste is big earth mineral, resin bitterness from the pine, and a dry, almost chalky, mineral to the back. The palate is medium bodied soft natural carbonation and the dry clean bitter mineral finish. Thanks for sending this my way, Andrew.

16oz can is a lightly hazy gold with some sudsy white head. Nose has light honey and grist, light citrus, some herbs. Flavor has citrus and some stone fruits, light grist, some soap. Medium bodied, some corn late. Lacks some bite.

16oz can pours a fairly clear yellow, a little haze, some sticky white head. Nose has corn and grist and light herbal hop. Flavor is dough, corn, some soap. Finishes medium bodied and just a touch sweet. Some lasting bitterness with some bite too.
Had high hopes for this one cause elder pine! But must have been microwaved by Tavour cause it was lacking flavor. Just the slightest hints of boysenberry.
