Draft. Pours clear hazel, small beige head, decent lacing. Aroma is dark sugars, toffee, caramel, biscuit, hints of booze. Flavor is medium sweet, light plus bitter. Medium body. Pretty solid for a non-BA version.

Maybe a little old. Aromas are wet grain, malt and perhaps a hint of hops. Flavors are somewhat similar to and a bit better than nose. Hops come out a little bit more with some oldish resin and a touch of citrus. More sweet than bitter and good carbonation.

16oz can. At the February DCBeer share. Poured a clear golden yellow color with a medium sized white head. Aroma was light grain, some skunky lager, crisp grass. Flavor was very light, with some herbal notes. This aged pretty well, but I'm not sure how it was stored. If it was in a fridge the whole time, that'd be fine.

Can.

A- Brown color, slightly opaque liquid, light brown head.

A- Smoke, cocoa, roasty.

F- Smoke, char, cocoa.

T- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, smoky finish.

O- The smoke was definitely more forward that I expected. More like a rauch than a stout, in fact, I wanted a stout that had a hint of smoke. The abv needs jacked up on this one. Decent.
