Draught @ Tommyknocker. Aroma has sweetish and somewhat musty fruity tones. Also caramel. Flavour has fruit juice, peaches and some malty notes, some mild grapefruit-like hops. Somewhat tart berries at the end of thw glass. Also the flavour feels somewhat musty and heavy, this should be more refreshing. Palate becomes a bit sticky after some sips. Passion rules the game here.

(Keg at Ølhus København, 20150426) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had strawberries, coconut and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were malts, sweetness, coconut, strawberries and bitterness. Aftertaste had coconut, berries and bitterness. A brew that combined mant of the components I don’t like in beer.

Draught@Black Door, Helsinki. Deep amber colour, small beige off-white head. Aroma is lactic, sour wooden as well as some slight yeasty and earthy notes. Flavour is raisins, acidic wood, lactic and some herbal notes as well. My first thought with this one was this something that’s intended being sour like this or something that by mistake got sour, as the sourness is a bit more the like of an infected beer than an attempt at a sour beer. Anyhow, the moments when there was a kind of cleanish Flemish red/Oud Bruin like flavour through was the best with this beer. Sadly that just happened during a few sips of it.

Bottled at Bier-Bier. Clear amber color, steady off-white head. Typical Sorachi Ace nettle, lemongrass aroma. Medium-bodied. White pepper, nettle and yeast in the flavor. Just light "farmhouse". Decent but single hop Sorachi Ace is never good idea.

Draught @ Black Door. Aroma is musty with blackcurrant juice. Also hints of hay. Flavour is tart and somewhat worty with redcurrant juice and mild woody tones. Finishes lactic. A bit messy, these sour berry juices are not my thing.

Pours dark reddish with a small head. Aroma of bretta, tart berries, farmyard, sweetish ripe fruits and funky yeast. Taste is a bit messy with loads of berries, some tart bretta notes, farmyard earthiness, yeast and caramely malts. Finish is sweet, juicy, syrupy and a bit stuffy with hints of tart berries and loads of yeast. A bit unbalanced, could become better with age once bretta kicks in. --- Beer merged from original tick of Sour Fuzz on 30 Mar 2015 at 19:16 - Score: 6. Original review text: Needs more aging, bretta is really subtle.

Pours dark orange with a smooth head. Aroma of dill, earthy notes, yeast and caramely maltiness. Taste is spicy, yeasty and caramely with some hints of dill, exotic fruits and earthy notes. Finish is dry, crisp and grassy with some earthy notes, hints of fruits, caramely malts and bubblegum. Quite malty and sweet for a saison, but Sorachi Ace actually makes this pretty interesting. A bit unbalanced, though. --- Beer merged from original tick of Broken Bones on 14 Mar 2015 at 18:37 - Score: 7
