Bottle 33 cl. Comes as Donut Island Ich Bin Ein Berner Grapefruit Gose. Pours a cloudy, pale yellow with a small, white head. Very funky Brett nose atop some clear grapefruit. Light body, I get the saltiness and again massive Brett where a Gose normally would have a cleaner lactic tartness. Again grapefruit juice. Kinda interesting if not exactly to style. 070219

Flaska. En väldigt söt IPA med tydliga karamelltoner och även en hel del apelsin. Låg kolsyra och mjuk munkänsla.

(Keg at Sori Taproom, 20190103) The beer poured dirty orange and cloudy. Its head was small and white. Aroma had fruitiness, grapefruit and pineapple. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, grapefruit, peach, sweetness and lightly bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity and lightly bitter. A brew dominated by the aroma hops. Too unbalanced and too not-a-beer.

Tap at Roosters, Oulu. Color is very cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, tropical fruits, pine, hops and malts. Surprisingly versatile neipa. Good brew.

A black beer, a head is quite small and beige. Aroma has liquorice, roastiness, some sweet raspberries. Taste is roasted and slightly harsh, some sweetness of berries. Only medium bodied. Too messy, the idea is lost.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy yellow with a suoer dense, frothy white head with good retention. Nose has distinct Brett with a vague side aroma of citrus. Body is thin and a little watery with a lowish carbonation. The flavour is totally dominated by fat Brett with a late, bitter finish. Actually it's not so bad - but I guess it was a mistake, since the label mentions nothing about Brett. 151118
